What sets you apart from your competitors?

As an additional option we install either half or full false flooring which makes wiring and future upgrades easy and more cost effective. No other company is currently offering this modification.

Is this the only difference between you and your competitors?

No, we also install automatic capacitor banks which increases your power factor and decreases the load and fuel consumption of your generator.  We also build portable capacitor trailers to custom specifications.

What current brands do you use when building your MCC/Tower Van?

Allen Bradley 2100 series MCC is our primary choice for reliability and durability. The design has had few changes in the last 40 years, which makes retro fitting seamless. We also install Cutler Hammer or Square D if the client prefers. Please contact our sales team to discuss the best option for your project.

Do you retrofit existing MCC/Tower Vans?

Yes, we retro-fit and or upgrade any existing equipment regardless where it has been manufactured.  We have extensive experience in retro-fitting MCC/Tower vans anywhere in Canada. Please contact us today to discuss your current needs.

Where do you use MCC/Towers?

They are used in any portable or stationary aggregate plant for motor control.

If I’m not a existing client, can you still help with my current MCC/Tower?

We provide service and maintenance to any existing MCC/Tower vans as well as supply any parts which may be required.

Why order an MCC/Tower from Aggregate Electrical?

  • We custom build to the clients exact specification.
  • We have our own proprietary Tower design and unique lift system which allows for extra space under the tower.
  • All of our projects are completed in-house and not out-sourced like some of our competitors.  This give us more flexibility, management and cost savings which benefits our clients.
  • We only partner with the best suppliers to build our MCC/Towers. We do not substitute on quality or expedite a process to save on costs.
  • Our team has a combined hands on experience of 30+ years in the aggregate industry and over 50+ combined years in the industrial electrical industry.
  • We can also provide our services on your operational needs for both mechanical and/or electrical and can also provide a preventative maintenance program for your operational needs.
What is the standard approach to a MCC/Tower project build?

It is crucial to get as much accurate information as soon as you have decided to move forward with the project.  After your initial project quote has been completed the next step is to complete an in-depth review, design (1st draft)  followed by final draft and sign-off.

I want a MCC/Tower built, how do I get started?

We always need to know what equipment you are planning to run your plant with? This is the baseline needed to get started. Other questions we need to know will be discussed during the design consultation.

What considerations do I need to be aware off?

Typically a MCC/Tower project from design sign-off to completion can take anywhere from 2 to 6 months.  This is due to a number of reasons, such as vendor lead times and clients may change or alter the project build along the way.

Can you provide parts and service after you have built my MCC/Tower?

We provide warranty to certain pieces of equipment such as breakers, digital touch screens and LED lighting.  As the aggregate industry is extremely harsh, warranty on components are handled case by case and will be discussed during the quote process.  Contact Aggregate Electrical to get the most accurate information. Our PM program is a very good option which gives peace of mind and DRAMATICALLY decreases maintenance costs and downtime.
